We take your investment in financial education seriously. Sometimes things don't work out as planned—we get that. Maybe your circumstances changed, or perhaps the programme wasn't what you expected.
This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one. We've designed these guidelines to be fair for everyone involved while protecting the integrity of our programmes.
Early Withdrawal
If you withdraw within 14 days of enrolment and haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials, you may qualify for a full refund minus any administrative processing fees.
Technical Issues
When platform problems prevent you from accessing content for more than 72 consecutive hours and we can't resolve them, refunds or credits become available for the affected period.
Programme Cancellation
If xelvoraqmin cancels or significantly alters a programme after your enrolment, you'll receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a comparable programme at no additional cost.
How to Request a Refund

Initial Review
Our team reviews your request within 3 business days. We'll check your account activity, payment records, and course access history. You'll receive an acknowledgement email confirming we've received your request.
Assessment and Decision
Within 7 business days of acknowledgement, we'll let you know whether your request meets our refund criteria. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected timeline. If denied, we'll explain why and suggest alternatives.
Processing and Payment
Approved refunds typically process within 10-14 business days. The funds return to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary—some take an additional 3-5 days to appear in your account.
Processing Timelines
- Credit Card Refunds: Typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing. Your bank's policies determine the exact timing.
- PayPal Transactions: Usually complete within 3-5 business days once we initiate the refund from our end.
- Bank Transfers: May take 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution and account location.
- International Payments: Can require up to 21 business days due to currency conversion and cross-border banking protocols.
Specific Refund Scenarios
Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally paid twice for the same programme, we'll refund the duplicate payment in full. This usually happens with browser refresh issues or payment gateway glitches.
Contact us immediately if you notice duplicate charges. We can often resolve these within 48 hours once identified.
Partial Programme Completion
Students who've completed more than 50% of course materials aren't eligible for refunds. The cut-off exists because you've already received substantial value from the programme content.
We calculate completion based on module access, assignment submissions, and time spent in the learning platform.
Medical or Emergency Situations
Life throws curveballs sometimes. If medical issues or family emergencies prevent you from continuing, reach out to us directly. We can discuss deferrals, credit transfers, or modified payment arrangements.
Documentation may be required, but we handle these situations with discretion and empathy.
Programme Transfers
Rather than a refund, you might prefer transferring to a different xelvoraqmin programme. We allow one free transfer per enrolment if requested within 30 days, subject to availability and programme compatibility.
Payment Methods and Refund Returns
Refunds always return to the original payment method used during purchase. We can't split refunds across multiple accounts or redirect them to different payment sources for security and compliance reasons.
Credit Cards
Refunds appear as credits on your statement within 5-10 business days.
Debit Cards
Funds return to your linked bank account using the same timeline as credit cards.
PayPal
Refunds post to your PayPal balance within 3-5 business days.
Bank Transfer
Direct deposits take 7-14 days depending on your institution.
Important Considerations
- Refund requests must come from the original purchaser or authorized account holder. We verify identity before processing.
- Gift purchases follow different rules. The gift giver must request refunds for unused gift enrolments within 30 days of purchase.
- Promotional discounts and special offer enrolments may have modified refund terms. Check your enrolment confirmation email for specific details.
- Course completion certificates, once issued, make that programme ineligible for refunds. You've demonstrated mastery and received credentials.
- Administrative fees of $50 AUD apply to all approved refunds to cover processing costs and payment gateway charges.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or violate our terms of service.
- Students with outstanding balances or payment plan arrears aren't eligible for refunds on completed portions of their programmes.
